Aquando da leitura do livro que me foi ofertado, entitulado "Pesca comercial de tubarões e raias em Portugal" (sim, eu sou de Letras mas adoro estas coisas!!!), encontrei, num toque de genialidade, estas frases de célebres...
"Scientists are a friendly, atheistic, hard-working, beer-drinking lot whose minds are preoccupied with sex, chess and baseball when they are not preoccupied with science."
(Yann Martel)
"A ruler must learn to persuade and not to compel."
(Frank Herbert)
"And in the end it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years."
(Abraham Lincoln)
"Bureaucracy destroys initiative."
(Frank Herbert)
"He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."
(Martin Luther King, Jr.)
"That it will never come again is what makes life so sweet."
(Emily Dickinson)
"The popular man arouses the jealousy of the powerful."
(Frank Herbert)
PARABÉNS PADRINHO!!! ESTOU MUITO ORGULHOSA!!!
